I contracted B’s Clean Touch to help me regain my sanity trying to keep the house clean, working, dealing with surgeries that kept me from my “appointed rounds”. I hesitated for a while. I was so very skeptical of any cleaning service, especially after the cleaning person who advertised all over this forum was found to be a thief, stealing from her clients.

I cannot express how pleased I was with B’s team, their work, their attitudes and especially the price!!! This is no ordinary service. Brittany and her team manager came to my house for a preliminary “getting to know you” meeting. And as a former home health nurse, I can sincerely appreciate her “interviewing” us. She was assuring her team’s safety and my expectations.

The team arrived exactly on time, professional, smiles, ready to clean! No diddling around, no phone gazing, no gossip. Just each took a space and started a thorough cleaning. One aspect that I really appreciate about B’s is that I supplied my own cleaning supplies. I am kinda picky about chemicals in my house and am all about organics. I don’t want some vacuum cleaner that the rollers have been on strange surfaces transferring stuff to where I live. I purchased my own cleaning supplies and microfiber cloths from Sams. My house was thoroughly and completely sparkling clean and smelled divine in two hours. The team made certain all was done to my approval and they were on their way to make someone else’s day a lot brighter. I contracted for a visit every two months. I will not quote my cost here because I am certain house size and whatever package you choose is a consideration. But I can tell you that I am an extremely frugal and “watch every penny” person and I believe this service is worth every dime and more. The peace of mind, the knowing I don’t have to take time away from family, or vital tasks to clean. Looking around and all is shiny, polished and clean. It’s like chocolate for the soul! These guys are wonderful!!
